This two-day conference is designed for lawyers and professionals who represent employees. It will be held on the 50th floor of the IDS Center at “Windows on Minnesota,” and feature presentations and demonstrations by leading plaintiffs’ lawyers in the Eighth Circuit. Substantive issues will have particular application to practice in the Eighth Circuit. Eighth Circuit NELA is an organization founded in 2000 by NELA affiliates, which today includes the states of Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. Our membership is over 300 lawyers in these four states. We are a recognized affiliate of NELA (National Employment Lawyers Association). NELA, with over 3,000 members nationwide, is the nation’s only bar association that is comprised of lawyers who primarily represent individuals in employment-related matters.
