WEBINAR - Effectively Representing Individuals Facing Workplace Harassment

When:  Aug 2, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (PT)
Workplace harassment is not prohibited expressly by federal statute, and federal courts have been left to fill in the gaps regarding the legal standards that govern what constitutes unlawful conduct. As such, this area of the law can be quite complex, creating obstacles to vindicating the rights of workplace harassment victims that would not be readily apparent to those newer to the practice of employment law. Our highly experienced panel of advocates will break down the components of a harassment case and identify the particular challenges—legal, factual, and practical—one may expect to face when representing harassment victims.
