Bio

Robin is a dedicated employee advocate who helps individuals level the playing field and leverage their power to negotiate for raises, pay, perks and protections with both new employment contracts and severance deals. Never afraid of conflict, she routinely takes on David-versus-Goliath battles against the largest corporations in the country. She helps individuals solve a wide range of workplace legal problems, including matters of executive compensation, stock options, civil rights discrimination claims, restrictive covenant disputes, breach of contract claims, commission disputes and wage payment and collection matters.

Robin is the author of How to Negotiate a Killer Job Offer, a nuts-and-bolts, how-to guide that shares her real-world negotiation secrets.

As an accomplished attorney, the success Robin has had in helping thousands of employees maximize the value they achieve in all types of employment-related matters helped her earn the recognition of her peers as the 2018 Top Employment Lawyer for Individuals by Philadelphia’s Main Line Magazine. She has also been named  one of the top 1% of employment attorneys in the US by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in employment law for the past 7 years, and an Awesome Attorney in the Philadelphia Suburbs for from 2010 to the present.

A nationally recognized attorney with substantial, wide-ranging experience as an in-house corporate counsel, a private practitioner and an entrepreneur, Ms. Bond has been a contributing legal analyst and commentator for the FOX and CNN television networks, including their business and news programs, and has appeared as a commentator for truTV’s on-air trial coverage. Ms. Bond has been quoted in a variety of television, radio, on-line and print media, including MSNBC, Fox News, the New York Times, the New York Post, the Wall Street Journal, Corporate Counsel, Time, the Philadelphia Business Journal, Monster.com, and Career Builder. In recognition of her professional and civic achievements, she has been honored as one of Philadelphia’s Women of Distinction.

Robin is a long-time advocate for women and children. She served as a member of PNC Bank’s Women’s Financial Services Network Advisory Board, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Forum of Executive Women of Philadelphia. She also was instrumental in developing a Life Skills Training program for the Welfare to Work initiative of the Junior League of Philadelphia.

For the past 10 years, Robin has served on the Planning Committee for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s annual Employment Law Institute, providing continuing education to the profession.
