The Nebraska Employment Lawyers Association (NE NELA) is an organization of attorneys who devote the majority of their employment related practice to representing employees in job related claims against companies. NE NELA advances employee rights, justice and equality in the workplace for all employees. The goals of our organization are to protect and advocate for employee rights in the workplace and to assist our members who represent employees who are seeking equality and justice in the workplace. If sixty percent (60%) or more of your employment related practice is devoted to litigating employment matters on behalf of employees, please consider joining NE NELA today.

Membership in NE NELA is a valuable tool in your employment law related practice as a members-only list serve allows information to be shared with the membership regarding recent legal developments, referrals, controlling law and other information that assists attorneys in prosecuting their employment related claims.
