I presented a talk at the LSU Employment Law Update on 3/9/2012 at LSU regarding wage claims;  participated in National Employment Lawyer's Association's conventions in 2019, 2018, 2015, 2010.  Attended class on Academic Freedom in the Classroom hosted by AAUP (American Association of University Professors) in 2016.
Let me answer your employment questions:
What must employer do to help me with my disability?
How much medical leave can I take?
What wages are due upon discharge?
What vacation is due upon discharge?
Am I supposed to be getting overtime?
Is this discrimination or harassment legal?
Can boss fire us for going on strike in a non-union shop (remember the Wal-Mart strikes)?
I have had various cases:  disabled crane operator fired despite being able to do job; employee fired after he took medical leave for carotid-artery surgery and failing to pay him sick leave while on leave; physician fired without cause despite employment contract requiring so; failure to pay discharged employee unused vacation pay.
