Bio

Mr. Fradette is a licensed pharmacist and practicing attorney in New Hampshire. He graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1977 and the Franklin Pierce Law in 1982. In 2000 he a earned a Masters in Public Health from Boston University. His areas of practice are professional malpractice, including medical, pharmacy, legal, and other learned professions, and employment law representing employees and employers. He was successful in winning a $1.8 million malpractice verdict for a stroke victim following cardiothoracic surgery at a teaching hospital and a $375,000 verdict for a phlebotomist against a community hospital. In employment law, he won a $2 million verdict for a female pharmacist against Wal-Mart for gender discrimination and a $480,000.00 verdict against a New Hampshire employer for wrongful termination. He is a Board Certified Trial Lawyer and devotes the majority of his time to complex jury trials. Mr. Fradette donates his time and talent to professional and community affairs by serving on various community boards and professional associations. In September 2007 and again in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 he was selected as a member of the New England Super Lawyers in the area of Professional Liability. In June 2008 he was appointed Adjunct Professor of Health Law at the Franklin Pierce Law Center. He and his wife have three adult children.
