Tae Sture opened his employment law practice after having worked as a Mediator, Enforcement Team Supervisor, and federal investigator for the EEOC. Prior to working for the EEOC he retired from U.S. Army after serving for over twenty years. After retiring from the EEOC, he attended law school and opened his law practice. He currently chairs the Indiana chapter of NELA. He has served in various leadership positions for both the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He has been a featured speaker at University of Notre Dame, Ball State University, and Maurer School of Law, Indiana University as well as Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He was the trial co-counsel in the Vance v. Ball State case which was heard at the U.S. Supreme Court on the question of who is considered a supervisor for Title VII liability purposes. He also served as Amicus counsel in the Indiana Supreme Court case of Gary Community School Corporation v. Powell, one of the few FMLA cases heard in state court.
