Doris Dabrowski gives personal attention to the legal concerns of individuals, small businesses, and professional practices in a range of services from counseling to appeals. Her appellate advocacy set precedent in the United States Court of Appeals and the Merit Systems Protection Board. Her practice focuses on a full range of employment issues, ERISA, federal, state and local government employment, professional licensing, regulatory compliance, professional contracts, commercial and consumer litigation, non-compete agreements, health/disability insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and life care planning for the elderly and disabled. As a board member of non-profit organizations, she guided the development of personnel policies and compliance with fiduciary responsibilities.
Ms. Dabrowski is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Federal Circuit, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM), the United States District Court and and Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She served as president of the Eastern Pennsylvania chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association and co-chairperson of the sole and small practice committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Her achievements are recognized by Pennsylvania SuperLawyers and Who's Who in American Law.
