Lessons Learned From Mock Trials
James H. Kaster & Matthew H. Morgan
Using three actual trials based on whistleblower, First Amendment, and breach of contract claims, Mr. Kaster and Mr. Morgan will walk through the lessons they learned by completing a mock trial prior to the actual trial. For each case, they will talk about their theory going into the mock trial, how they used the mock jury deliberations and information to adjust their theory going into the actual trial, and how the theory worked in the actual trial. They also will discuss how you can incorporate these theories and lessons into your own cases.
