  • Webinar: Cutting Edge ESI Issues/Effective ESI Protocols

    E-Discovery is a vital part of any case, with evolving technology producing potentially discoverable ESI every day. This session will address emerging issues and terminology in ESI, and assist attendees in creating effective ESI Protocols. This program is part of our four-part webinar series: Pre-trial Powerhouse: Skills For Success From ESI To Trial Day. Each session will feature one 60-minute presentation, followed by a 90-minute facilitated small group skill-building workshop.

    NELA Members: $125 per session/$400 Bundle of 4
    Non-Members: $175 per session/$625 Bundle of 4

    Taking place over four days, our webinar series will provide attendees the opportunity to hear from experts in the field on strategies and techniques to build a successful case before you even reach trial or arbitration.

    Each session is eligible for 2.5 hours of CLE (1 hour webinar/1.5 hour workshop). Credit is pending in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Virginia. NELA is an approved continuing legal education provider in California, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Vermont.
