Robin is a dedicated employee advocate who helps individuals level the playing field and leverage their power to negotiate for raises, pay, perks and protections with both new employment contracts and severance deals. Never afraid of conflict, she routinely takes on David-versus-Goliath battles against the largest corporations in the country. She helps individuals solve a wide range of workplace legal problems, including matters of executive compensation, stock options, civil rights discrimination claims, restrictive covenant disputes, breach of contract claims, commission disputes and wage payment and collection matters.

Robin is the author of How to Negotiate a Killer Job Offer, a nuts-and-bolts, how-to guide that shares her real-world negotiation secrets.

As an accomplished attorney, the success Robin has had in helping thousands of employees maximize the value they achieve in all types of employment-related matters helped her earn the recognition of her peers as the 2011 Top Employment Lawyer for Individuals by Philadelphia’s Main Line Magazine. She has also been named an Awesome Attorney in the Philadelphia Suburbs for 2010-2014.

A nationally recognized attorney with substantial, wide-ranging experience as an in-house corporate counsel, a private practitioner and an entrepreneur, Ms. Bond has been a contributing legal analyst and commentator for the FOX and CNN television networks, including their business and news programs, and has appeared as a commentator for truTV’s on-air trial coverage.
