Twenty eight years plus experience in counseling and representing both employees and employers in employment and workers compensation claims throughout Florida. Although I have represented both employers and employees in all types of employment claims and disputes, my practice has evolved towards representing employees in claims for Disability Discrimination, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Workers Compensation, Workers Compensation Retaliation, and Sex Discrimination, including unlawful harrassment, unequal pay and pregnancy discrimination.
