The Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association (TENNELA) is a statewide organization of attorneys dedicated to representing employees and protecting workers' rights. As an affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), TENNELA brings together attorneys from across Tennessee who focus their practices on employment law and advocate on behalf of workers facing challenges in the workplace.

Looking For A Lawyer?

Workplace problems can take many forms. Our members represent employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, whistleblower claims, leave and accommodation issues, employment agreements, wrongful termination, and other employment-related disputes.
