Adam Breihan is a partner at Murphy Anderson PLLC in Washington, D.C., where he represents workers and unions in various industries. Mr. Breihan’s labor practice is focused on representing public and private sector unions in arbitration, litigation, NLRB and other administrative proceedings, and contract negotiations. Mr. Breihan also represents workers and workers’ rights organizations in state and federal court litigation, including in collective actions under the FLSA and class actions under the WARN Act and other employment statutes. He and his colleagues have twice been recognized with Outstanding Achievement Awards by the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs for their work on behalf of low-wage workers. Mr. Breihan received his J.D. from Berkeley Law and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.
