I represent Whistleblowers in whistleblower reward programs such as the Federal & State False Claims Acts; the financial fraud whistleblower reward programs (SEC, CFTC, IRS, DOJ Bank Fraud/FIRREA, Federal Reserve & Treasury Department Anti-Money Laundering); the vehicle safety whistleblower reward program for car manufacturing employees (NHTSA); and the California private insurance whistleblower reward program (the CA Insurance Fraud Prevention Act).
