Amy Coopman established Bridge Mediation LLC, a full-time civil mediation practice, in 2020. With 28 years of state and federal litigation and dispute resolution experience, Amy Coopman has a track record of national leadership on employment law issues, and she served on the NELA Board from 2012-2019. Amy is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has developed a reputation as a mediator that can help the parties resolve disputes even when the stakes are high, the matter is complex, and the parties appear unyielding. Amy is a frequent speaker on mediation. In her spare time, Amy supports efforts to mentor new mediators and develop student-led mediation programs in secondary and post-secondary education.
