Debra D’Agostino is a founding Partner of the Federal Practice Group, LLP, a law firm based in Washington, D.C. which recently opened offices in Anaheim, CA and Tulsa, OK. Ms. D’Agostino leads the firm’s federal employment law team and specializes in nationwide representation of federal employees in various matters including discrimination claims and whistleblower retaliation and adverse action appeals at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. Ms. D’Agostino has more than 20 years of experience in this complex area of the law and continually obtains successful outcomes for her clients. Ms. D’Agostino is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and New York, and well as courts including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit where she has prevailed on behalf of clients in complex civil service matters. Ms. D’Agostino is a Board member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA) and a repeat Super Lawyer. Ms. D’Agostino graduated from New York University and the George Washington University School of Law.
