Charles Guerrier is admitted to the bars of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Supreme Court of Alabama and various federal district courts and courts of appeal. He was “Of Counsel” with Haynes & Haynes, P.C. from June 2012 to May 2026. Before joining H&H, he spent 29 years at the EEOC, serving as Trial Attorney, Senior Lead Trial Attorney, and Regional Attorney. He has been a member of various national, state and local organizations committed to the advancement of sex-equity and equal rights, and was a member of President Carter’s Advisory Committee for Women. For the first eleven years of his career he worked for Women’s Law Fund, Inc., representing individuals challenging gender discrimination in employment, housing, government benefits, education, and credit. As Staff Attorney and Executive Director, he had the pleasure of working with numerous leaders of the Second Wave Feminist movement, including Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who was a member of the Women’s Law Fund Board of Directors. He served as an adjunct professor of law at Case Western Reserve University School of law from 1973 until 1998, teaching women’s rights, gender discrimination, and employment and discrimination law.
