ELIZABETH A. She represents clients from sophisticated CEO's , and high level executives, prominent University professors and Deans, to a young black man finding a noose hanging over his chair after a recent promotion. and a hispanic woman manager threatened with a knife after she complained of discrimination. After twenty years of litigating both tort and employment law, she now concentrates solely on employment law counselling mediating or zealously litigating. She has been recognized by national and local bodies, inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers,in 2008, selected as a Super Lawyer in Labor and Employment in every year from 2004-2017, has held an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell since 1992, and was included in the Inaugural Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers in 2011. She has been a frequent faculty member and author in national, regional and local bar association conferences, and serves on committees organizing such events. Since 2005, she has authored chapters on wage law for MCLE, and as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association for 2007 and 2008, led that organization to successfully lobby for the passing of an amendment restoring mandatory treble damages in wage cases.
