Bio

Patrick concentrates his practice on the representation of individuals who have experienced unlawful workplace discrimination or retaliation. Patrick handles a broad range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination and non-compete / non-solicitation matters as well as cases involving breaches of contractual and fiduciary duties, whistleblowing and violations of the Wage Act.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Alan H. Crede, Patrick clerked for the Honorable Justo Arenas, federal magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and later practiced at two highly-regarded Boston litigation firms where he defended civil claims in state and federal court.

Before practicing, Patrick received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, and his B.A. in history from the University of Vermont.

Having grown up in Dorchester, Patrick is a lifelong resident of Boston and graduate of Boston Latin School. Patrick enjoys hockey and is an avid runner. He currently resides in Jamaica Plain with his wife and two children.
