Mr. Aune represents whistleblowers in both California state and federal court including but not limited to cases involving California Labor Code section 1102.5 Whistleblower Retaliation, False Claims Act (FCA), Defense Contractor Whistleblower Protection Act (DCWPA), and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Mr. Aune represents federal employees before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and during the Equal Employment Opportunity law process when the case is with the federal agency employer.
