Served six years (one as as Chair) of the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Certification Committee; Executive Council, Florida Bar Labor & Employment Section; Co-founder & past president, Florida Chapter, National Employment Lawyers Association; wrote or supervised more than 40 amicus curiae briefs in federal and state appeals courts on leading issues in employment law.
Litigated trials and appeals for more than 20 years in Florida and other states. Focus of practice has been to make the justice system work for those without wealth and power.
