The Nevada Employment Lawyers Association (NEVADA NELA) is an organization of attorneys who devote the majority of their law practice to representing employees in job related disputes against employers. NEVADA NELA advances employee rights, justice and equality in the workplace for all employees. The goals of our organization are to protect and advocate for employee rights in the workplace and to assist our members who represent employees who are seeking equality and justice in the workplace. If fifty-one percent (51%) or more of your employment related practice is devoted to litigating employment matters on behalf of employees, please consider joining NEVADA NELA today.

Membership

Membership in the Nevada Employment Lawyers Association is open to any Nevada attorney who certifies that fifty-one percent (51%) of his or her employment-related legal practice is on behalf of employees.

NEVADA NELA is a proud affiliate of National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). NELA was founded in 1985 to provide assistance and support to lawyers in protecting the rights of employees against the greater resources of their employers. NELA is the country's only professional organization that is comprised exclusively of lawyers who represent employees in cases involving employment discrimination, employee benefits, and other employment-related matters.
