Trial Boot Camp Postponed Until Fall 2022

We were incredibly excited to return to in-person events this fall with our Trial Boot Camp. Throughout planning we have been carefully monitoring the rapidly changing COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure Boot Camp could be held safely, while maintaining our high standards of excellence for NELA programming.

With COVID-19 and the Delta variant continuing to rise across the country, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 Trial Boot Camp. The Trial Boot Camp will return in Fall 2022 with the same amazing program.

While we are very disappointed not to come together next month, the health and safety of our Boot Camp attendees and faculty, NELA staff, and venue team, and all their families must take priority.

Although we cannot meet in person, NELA & The Institute are excited for our upcoming Fall/Winter programming including Virtual Lobby Day on Friday, October 22 and The Institute Symposium on Friday, November 12 “Enhancing Anti-Discrimination Laws in Employment & Education,” with our partner the American University Washington College of the Law Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law.

And, very shortly, we will share information about our 4-part pre-litigation skills webinar series coming later this year. Our webinar series will combine traditional webinar presentations with interactive small group workshops.

Please contact us at nelahq@nelahq.org with questions. As always, thank you for all you do for workers' rights.
