NELA-Alabama is an affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association. NELA was founded in 1985 and is the country’s only professional organization that is exclusively comprised of lawyers who represent employees. Membership in NELA is encouraged but not required for membership in NELA-Alabama. Membership benefits for NELA-Alabama include a $25 discount on NELA dues and participation in NELA-Alabama’s confidential members-only listserv and brief bank.
