Judicial Nominations
NELA advocates for independent and fair-minded federal judges who are committed to equal justice under law for all Americans, and who do not place the interests of employers over the rights of employees. We will lobby our senators so that they know that judges and courts matter to their constituents, and insist that they fight to protect Senate Judiciary Committee processes and traditions to ensure confirmations of nominees who meet these important criteria.
