Thank You For Joining Us In Celebrateing NELA’s 35th Anniversary.

As we conclude our celebration of NELA’s first 35 years, we are delighted to present NELA’s 35th Anniversary Commemorative E-Book. We are proud to share the story of how NELA grew from a small group of attorneys to the largest bar association in the country composed exclusively of plaintiffs’ employment lawyers. Today, NELA and our 69 circuit, state, and local Affiliates have a membership of more than 4,000 workers’ rights advocates. Together, we have changed the landscape of employment law while building a special community centered on collaboration, collegiality, and camaraderie.

Please take some time to read through the Commemorative E-Book to see many of the dedicated members, volunteers, and staff who have made NELA the respected organization that it is today. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the individuals, law firms, Affiliates, and others who made contributions to further our workers’ rights mission through NELA’s 35th Anniversary Campaign.
